Schedule set for Cougars’ 2022-23 season

The Prince George Cougars now know their schedule for the 2022-23 season.

The Cougars will host their home opener on Friday, September 23rd against the Tri City Americans.

The Kamloops Blazers will be in town for a pair of theme nights at the CN Centre.

The Cougars’ Highway 97 rivals will be in town on December 17th for the Annual Teddy Bear Toss, and on March 25th for Fan Appreciation Night.

This year, the Cougars will host some unfamiliar foes, with the WHL’s East Division making trips to BC:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 12 vs. Brandon Wheat Kings
  • Saturday, Oct. 15 vs. Winnipeg Ice
  • Wednesday, Nov. 23 vs. Moose Jaw Warriors
  • Friday, Dec. 2 vs. Regina Pats
  • Saturday, Jan. 28 vs. Prince Albert Raiders
  • Tuesday, Feb. 14. vs. Saskatoon Blades

The Cougars, along with the rest of the BC Division, will also be visiting the WHL’s Central Division this year.
