The Homestead’s Executive Director, Krystal Leason, says she is very excited to have events up and running more regularly post-covid.

“We haven’t had many events in the past few years… this is a really delicious event.”

The historical site is welcoming all to come for “a taste from the past” to see, help make, and of course eat some food items, like ice cream and perogies, just like how they did on the homestead over 100 years ago.

This event will take place during the day on July 16th.
