Broken plumbing fixtures, water damage, and HVAC issues.

According to a report by City of Prince George Director of Recreation and Events, Andy Beesley, these are just some of the issues plaguing Studio 2880.

The Community Arts Council released the following video, highlighting some of the damages that need to be repaired at the Studio:

These buildings are more than 80-years-old, and are nearing the end of their life cycle.

At tomorrow’s (Monday) City Council meeting, PG City Council will be voting on whether or not to approve $260,350 to extend the life of Studio 2880.

Other items to be discussed at tomorrow’s council meeting include a rezoning application for a development at 7171 Hart Highway, a report on tree planting within the city, and a report on the proposed Mega Park.
