The Prince George RCMP have located the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that occurred on July 13th.

Just before 10:00 that evening, had police received a report of a 13-year-old youth that was struck by a semi-trailer near the intersection of Highway 97 and 22nd Avenue.

The youth was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

“Our initial information gathering lead us to believe the suspect vehicle was a Bandstra truck. However, through investigation it was determined no Bandstra trucks were involved in the incident,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.
