The winner of this weekend’s Lotto Max has been announced.
Prince George Retiree Normand Constant has won a million dollars through the draw.
He says he already knows how he’s going to spend it.
“I’m gonna buy a truck and a car for my girlfriend.”
Constant says he bought the ticket at Wal-Mart last Thursday.
He describes himself as a regular player of the lottery.
