MLB:

The Toronto Blue Jays will play the (60-62) Red Sox tonight (Tuesday), Wednesday, and Thursday (all at 4:10 PT) in Boston.

The (65-55) Blue Jays are 3rd in the A.L East and are holding down one of three wild-card spots in the American League.

BC Football Conference: 

The (1-3) PG Kodiaks play their next BC Football Conference game Saturday at 4 p.m. against the first place and 4-0 Okanagan Sun in Kelowna.

The Kodiaks are coming off their first-ever win, 28-20 Saturday night at Masich Place Stadium.

CFL:

The B.C. Lions are 8-1 at the halfway point of their schedule, just behind the 9-1 Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Michael O’Connor will start at quarterback for the Lions in their rematch against Saskatchewan Friday in Vancouver.

Nathan Rourke

The 24-year-old Rourke will undergo surgery for a sprain in his right foot and will be out for several weeks.

The Lions are hoping he can return late this season.

Rourke leads the CFL in passing yards (3,281), TDs (25), and completion percentage (79.2).

Week 12 starts Thursday night with (6-3) Calgary at Winnipeg (5:30 PT).
