WHL:
The (12-9) Prince George Cougars put a 3-game winning streak on the line when they host the (13-8) Moose Jaw Warriors tonight at 7:00.
The Cougars lead the B.C. Division by two points over the (9-4-3-1) Kamloops Blazers, but the Blazers have four games in hand.
The Warriors are 4th in the 12-team Eastern Conference.
Prince George has the second-best power play in the WHL (28.7 %) only behind the Portland Winterhawks (32.5 %).

The (6-10-3) Vancouver Canucks visit the (11-5-1) Colorado Avalanche tonight (7:00 PT).
It is one of 15 Wednesday games in the NHL with only LA and Tampa Bay idle.

BCHL:
The (12-6-1-1) Prince George Spruce Kings host the (12-5-2) West Kelowna Warriors Friday night at 7:00 and again on Saturday at the same time.
Prince George is 3rd in the 9-team Interior Division although they are tied in points with second place West Kelowna.

BC Elite Hockey League: (BCEHL)
(Under-18)
The (5-6-1) U18 Cariboo Cougars visit the (9-2-1) Greater Vancouver Canadians Saturday afternoon at 2:30 and Sunday morning at 8:30 in Richmond.
Cariboo is 7th and Greater Vancouver 2nd in the 9-team league.
(U18 female)
The (6-11-2) Northern Capitals host the (15-0) Fraser Valley Rush Friday night at 6:45 at Kin 1, Saturday night at 4:00 at Kin 2, and Sunday morning at 8:15 at Kin 2.
These will be the Capitals’ final three league games until January.

NFL: (Week 12)
The 12th week of the NFL season starts with three games on Thursday which is the American Thanksgiving: Buffalo at Detroit (9:30 AM PT), New York Giants at Dallas (1:30), and New England at Minnesota (5:20).
The Bills and Cowboys are favoured by nine while the Vikes are favoured by a field goal.
Canada West basketball:
The UNBC Timberwolves host the Calgary Dinos in Canada West basketball at the Northern Sport Centre.
Games will be played Friday night at 5:00 and 7:00 and Saturday evening at 4:00 and 6:00 starting with the women followed by the men.
UNBC is 3-3 (men) and 0-6 (women) while Calgary is 4-2 (men) and 5-1 (women).
These will be the final league UNBC basketball games until the new year.
