WHL:
The Prince George Cougars will play in front of a full house when they host Connor Bedard and the (12-12-1-1) Regina Pats tonight (Friday) at 7:00.
It is the first time in 5 1/2 years that all of the tickets have been bought by the public to see a Cougars regular-season game at CN Centre.
The 17-year-old Bedard, projected to be the top pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, is riding a 25-game point streak.
He leads the league in points (57 in 26 games) and is the WHL Player of the Month for both September and October.

The (13-10) Cougars are second in the B.C. Division, two points behind the (12-5-3-1) Kamloops Blazers, and the Blazers have two games in hand.

The (13-7-1-1) Prince George Spruce Kings host the (13-8-1) Cranbrook Bucks tonight at 7:00 and Saturday at the same time.
The Spruce Kings are 3rd and the Bucks 4th in the 9-team Interior Division.
The two teams are just separated by a point.
