SD57 asking public about potential visual rebrand

School District 57 has opened an online survey, asking residents what their thoughts are on the current district logo and branding.

They say their visual identity does not acknowledge local First Nations, or three of the four communities it serves.

Once the survey ends, the district says its “administrative team and advisory working group (made up of representatives of students, parents, guardians, caregivers, Elders, First Nations and SD57 employees) can decide how to move forward with confidence.”

This survey went live yesterday (Monday) and will close on December 16th.

You can find it here.
