Is your car’s dash lit up brighter than your Christmas tree?
CNC’s Automotive Service Technician (AST) program is looking for you.
They will be working on vehicles with lit check engine lights on a first come first serve basis this week, from Monday to Thursday, 8:00-2:30.
Your vehicle’s issues could be someone’s final exam, AST 3 students need hands-on, practical experience with vehicle repairs.
“This is a great opportunity for vehicle owners to get their cars fixed properly at a much lower cost while also supporting the next generation of technicians,” explained instructor, Ken Rowell.
“AST 3 students are in the final week of their course, and this is when they can put all their knowledge together and do some real-world diagnosis work. These are the same people who’ll be caring for your cars in local shops in just a few months.”
There are only six spots open until the spring semester’s class does the same thing in 2023.
