The province-wide winter storm is rolling in this morning (Friday), and Prince George is not exempt.
10-15 centimeters are expected, as temperatures start to raise.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Prince George.
The provincial government has asked people to stay off the highway this weekend, unless completely necessary.
They have also said they might preemptively close some highways around the province to try and limit crashes.
They expect the snow to ease off this evening.
