A speech by UNBC President Dr. Daniel Weeks will highlight a special presentation for the university’s 25th anniversary.
It gets going tomorrow at 2:30 from the Dr. Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre.
After the speech, a special recognition will be held for the 16-thousand northerners who signed a petition in the 1980’s, demanding the provincial government for a university in the North.
The event will be open to the public.
