Andrew Cristall returned to the Rockets lineup after missing 14 games due to injury and scored four goals (to give him 66 points (30 goals) in 37 games).

The Prince George Cougars are off for the rest of this week.
The Cougars are coming off Tuesday’s 5-2 loss to the Saskatoon Blades where they allowed four goals in less than six minutes in the first half of the 3rd period.

The (22-16-3-1) Prince George Spruce Kings face the (21-15-4-1) Salmon Arm Silverbacks Saturday night at 7:00 and Sunday at noon with both of those games in Burns Lake.
Prince George is 4th in the 9-team Interior Division, a point ahead of Salmon Arm.

The (15-14-1-2) Under-18 Cougars host the (23-3-4-2) Greater Vancouver Canadians Saturday night at 6:30 and Sunday morning at 11:00 at Kin 1.
Greater Vancouver is 1st and Cariboo is 6th in the 9-team division.

The UNBC Timberwolves are on the road for Canada West basketball play-in games.
The #12 UNBC women (8-12) play the Fraser Valley Cascades (14-6) Friday at 11 am (PT) in Edmonton with the winner to meet the #4 University of Alberta Pandas (15-5) in the quarterfinals Saturday at 11 am ( PT).
The #9 UNBC men (8-12) battle the #8 Regina Cougars (10-10) Friday night at 7:00 in Victoria.
The winner advances to the quarterfinals Saturday night at 7:00 against the #1 Victoria Vikes (17-3).

High School Basketball:
The College Heights Cougars are Prince George City high school basketball champions.
College Heights beat the PGSS Polars in both the Sr Girls and Sr Boys finals that were held at UNBC.
NBA:
The (28-31) Toronto Raptors resume play next week after the NBA All-Star break.
The Raptors will host the (30-29) New Orleans Pelicans in their next game on Thursday, Feb. 23rd (4:30 PT).
