Chamber launches membership recruitment task force

The Prince George Chamber of Commerce is looking to find out how they can retain and attract new members.

The chamber has struck a new Membership Task Force to look at how they can increase membership with the organization.

Currently the chamber sits at 859 members.

CEO Christie Ray says the plan is to figure out how to increase that number.

“And we are really just looking for a variety of people to work on this with us,” says Ray, “we would certainly love to capture ideas surrounding how we can best engage our membership and our potential membership as well.”

Ray says their numbers have been steady for the past four years.
