BC Transit making seasonal schedule adjustments as post-secondary semester end nears

BC Transit will be making some seasonal adjustments to two bus routes within Prince George.

These include the suspension of some trips on the 15 UNBC/Downtown and the 55 Victoria routes, denoted by the ‘U’ and ‘F’ trips notes in the riders’ guide.

These are routes that cater to post-secondary students, and the changes reflect the end of the post-secondary school’s semester.

These changes will go into effect on April 23rd, 2023.

Additionally, all runs of the 12 Parkridge, 96 Shas Ti Kelly Road and 97 Shas Ti Kelly Road school special routes will be temporariliy suspended in July.

Those routes will resume in September.

According to BC Transit, these temporary adjustments are being made to reflect the seasonal demand for transit in Prince George, and to ensure resources are being used efficiently.
