Brennan signs entry level contract with New Jersey Devils

Tyler Brennan is the latest Prince George Cougar to sign an NHL contract.

The New Jersey Devils announced today (Sunday) they signed Brennan to a three-year, entry level contract starting next season.

The Winnipeg, Manitoba product was selected by the Devils 102nd overall in the fourth round of the 2022 NHL Draft.

In 37 regular season games with the Cats this season, Brennan has posted a 2.86 goals against average and a 0.898 save percentage.

In three games during the playoffs, Brennan posted a 2.98 goals against average and a 0.882 save percentage before leaving game three of round one due to an injury.

Brennan is the fourth Cougar to sign an entry-level deal with an NHL team, joining fellow Cougars Ethan Samson, Jaxsen Wiebe, and Chase Wheatcroft.
