Manslaughter charges approved in suspicious death at Queensway apartment

The Prince George RCMP say manslaughter charges have been approved in a suspicious death that happened last month.

On March 7th, the Prince George RCMP were called to an apartment building on the 1500 block of Queensway, where one person was found deceased.

“After many dedicated hours of investigation, police have determined this was homicide and have a suspect in the matter,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.

“The BC Prosecution Service has approved one charge of manslaughter against 29-year-old Prince George resident Dakota Rayn Keewatin.”
