The Thunderbirds took control early by scoring four unanswered goals in the first 13 minutes of the game before 4,756 fans at CN Centre.
Seattle went 4-for-4 on the power play and they outshot P.G. 40-20.
The Thunderbirds are 8-for-11 with the man advantage in this series while the Cougars are just 1-for-14.
Brad Lambert notched a goal and added five assists to give him a whopping 13 points (2 goals, 11 assists) in the three games.
