RCMP looking for woman wanted on string of firearm offences

Local police are looking for Ashley Marie Jensen, who is wanted on eight counts.

The 39-year-old is described as:

  • Caucasian female
  • 5’8 (173 cm)
  • 139 lb (63 kg)
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes

She is wanted on the following charges:

  • Possession of a prohibited weapon
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm
  • Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
  • Careless storage of a firearm
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle
  • Possession of body armour without valid body armour permit
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000

Police say Jensen is considered dangerous and is not to be approached. Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
