The Seattle Thunderbirds, who eliminated the Prince George Cougars in the second round of the WHL playoffs, have been crowned champions.
More importantly, the series winning goal was scored by Prince George’s Nico Myatovic.

The third round is underway, in two games we have already seen five overtimes.
The Florida Panthers took game 1 in the last seconds of the 4th overtime on Friday, while Vegas got it done much sooner in extra time last night.
Carolina and Florida play round two today – game 1 went late enough that it technically finished yesterday.

Lebron and the Lakers are in what is essentially a must-win game tonight, down 2-0 in their series to the Denver Nuggets at home.
Games 1 and 2 were only separated by 5 and 6 points.
The Miami Heat’s 8th seed run is showing no sign of slowing, they too lead their series against the Celtics 2-0.
MLB
The Blue Jays play the Orioles in the early afternoon today, Toronto is coming off a 6-2 loss to them yesterday.
The Jays have slipped to bottom position in the AL East with a 25-20 record, Baltimore is 29-16.
They will play again tomorrow at 10:37.
