One of the most important days on the Sikh calendar will be celebrated in Prince George Saturday.
Bally Bassi is one of the organizer for this year’s Vaisakhi Parade.
Bassi says the parade starts at 10 am at the Sikh Temple on Davis Road and will stop at CN Centre for announcements, displays and free food between 12:30 and 2 pm.
She says PG is home to between 500 and 600 Sikh families.
