Province-wide lemonade stand fundraiser runs tomorrow

The Treasure Cove Resort will house one of 70 lemonade stands across the province raising money for families needing a children’s hospital tomorrow (Saturday).

Proceeds will be going to JoeAnna’s House, a Kelowna-based home away from home that accommodates families whose children are receiving care at the Kelowna General Hospital.

Every Prestige Hotel and Resort across the province will be taking part in the fundraiser, but other families and groups around the province also signed up to contribute.

JoeAnna’s House has 20 guest rooms and has housed more than 1,600 families since 2019.

Donations are also being collected online.
