Golf:

Big news today (Tuesday) in golf.

The PGA Tour, DP World Tour and LIV Golf League have agreed to a merger.

The tours called the stunning development “a landmark agreement … on a global basis.”

As part of the deal, the sides immediately are dropping all lawsuits involving LIV Golf.

 

NHL:

Vegas Golden Knights  7  Florida Panthers  2

The Golden Knights lead the Stanley Cup Final 2-0 having outscored the Panthers 12-4 in the first two games, including 10-2 over the last four periods.

The series shifts to Florida for Game 3 Thursday night (5:00 PT).
