Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northern BC has set an opening date for its newest early learning centre.
On June 19th, their facility at 1788 Diefenbaker Ave will open for the very first time.
The new 50-space child care centre is for children aged 30 months to five years.
The project is funded by the Provincial and Federal governments through the ChildcareBC New Spaces Fund, also partnering with School District 57.
Families, whose children attend the new early learning centre will benefit from the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative and Child Care Operating Funding incentives.
