The Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society will be holding the grand opening of its new thrift store location.
The new store will be located at 7080 Domano Boulevard, with the grand opening celebration taking place all day on Saturday.
“We’re still moving things in today (Thursday), we’re keeping McGill open for a little while, we will keep it open to sell our larger stuff like furniture,” said Store Manager Jana Philips.
“Our new location has all the fun new stuff.”
Philips said Hospice’s retail stores directly fund their programs.
Saturday’s grand opening will feature exclusive sales and discounts, local food trucks, as well as prize giveaways.
