Tennant for YXS cargo facility announced

A new cargo warehouse currently under construction at YXS now has a new tenant.

Rosenau Transport will initially be leasing 15,000 of the 25,000 square foot facility.

PGAA President John Gibson says the agreement came together in a rather unusual way:

“It was by chance that our Director of Cargo Business Development was sitting on a plane with the [Rosenau] Sales Manager, and they got talking and they said you know this makes sense, we need a bigger warehouse, we are going to move”

Gibson says Rosenau will be the warehouse operator, will provide road feeder service, and cargo container build up.
