The Quesnel RCMP has confirmed a plane crash has claimed two lives.
At around 8:43 Thursday evening, police received a report that a plane had crashed at Bowron Lake, 28 kms east of Wells.
Two people have been confirmed to have been aboard the plane when it crashed.
Police, Transportation Safety Board, and BC Coroners Service continue to investigate the incident.
They say no names are being released at this time.
