Environment Canada has issued a special air quality statement for the Prince George area due to wildfire smoke.
According to Environment Canada, the Prince George area is expected to be impacted by smoke over the next 24-48 hours.
Smoke across the province will be affected by patchy rain showers and local wind conditions.
Most of the Interior part of the province from the US border all the way up to Chetwynd is under a Special Air Quality Advisory.
