Riley Heidt scored a pair of goals in his second game back with the Cats.

 Ondrej Becher added two assists, and is leading the league with nine.

Terik Parascak scored one goal, and is leading the league in points (12) and goals. (8)

The Cougars (3-1-0-0) sit atop the BC Division and the Western Conference in the WHL standings.

The Cougars will return to the CN Centre for a five-game home stand starting on Tuesday with the Kelowna Rockets.

The rematch between the Spruce Kings and Centennials will happen on October 10th at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena.
