Prince George Firefighters are investigating a structure fire along the 800 block of 2nd Avenue.
Crews responded at about 8:44 AM on Saturday (October 14th), and once on scene, they found heavy black smoke coming from the exterior.
The fire was later extinguished on the outside and inside of the building.
Damage is estimated at $30,000 and there were no injuries reported.
