BCHL:

The (2-3-3) Prince George Spruce Kings are at the BCHL Showcase in Seattle.

The Spruce Kings play the (3-7) Powell River Kings today (Wednesday at 10:50 AM) and the (5-4-1) Nanaimo Clippers on Thursday (4:50 PM).

The next home game for P.G. isn’t until November 10th against West Kelowna.

WHL:

The Prince George Cougars are headed to the Prairies.

The Cougars begin a 5-game road trip against the East Division Saturday in Moose Jaw.

Week 8 of the NFL season starts Thursday (5:15 PM PT) with (3-3) Tampa Bay at (4-3) Buffalo.

CFL: 

The CFL has three games left in the regular season, which will not affect the final outcome of the standings.

The (12-6) B.C. Lions are idle until they host the (6-11) Calgary Stampeders in the Western Semi-Final on Saturday, November 4th (3:30 PT).

The winner will play the (13-4) Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the West Final on Saturday, November 11th (3:30 PT).

The Blue Bombers visit Calgary Friday night (6:00 PT).

In the East, the semifinal on November 4th (Noon PT) will feature the (8-9) Hamilton Tiger-Cats at the (10-7) Montreal Alouettes.

Those same teams meet Saturday in Montreal (1:00 PM PT) followed by (15-2) Toronto at (4-13) Ottawa (4:00) in the last regular season game.

The Argos host the East Final on November 11th (Noon PT).

BC Elite Hockey League: 

The (7-2-1) U18 Cariboo Cougars host the (4-4) Vancouver North West Hawks this weekend at Kin 1.

The two teams play Saturday night at 6:30 and Sunday morning at 10:30.

The U18 Cougars are first and 6th in the 9-team league.
