Another rookie, Terik Parascak scored twice including his league-leading 17th goal in just 14 games.
WHL scoring leader Zac Funk picked up three assists to give him 30 points (including 14 goals).

The World Series has shifted to Arizona with the Diamondbacks and Texas Rangers tied 1-1.

The Minnesota Vikings are expected to be without starting quarterback Kirk Cousins for the rest of the season due to a right Achilles tear.
Cousins suffered the injury in the Vikes 24-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

With the regular season over, it is on to the Grey Cup playoffs in the CFL.
The division semifinals will be played on Saturday with (8-10) Hamilton at (11-7) Montreal in the East (Noon PT) followed by (6-12) Calgary at (12-6) B.C. in the West (3:30).
The Tiger-Cats-Alouettes winner will visit the (16-2) Toronto Argonauts in the East Final (Nov. 11th at noon) while the Stampeders-Lions winner will go to Winnipeg to meet the (14-4) Blue Bombers in the West Final (Nov. 11th at 3:30).
The 110th Grey Cup is set for Hamilton on Sunday, November 19th (with kickoff shortly after 3:00 PT).
