WHL:

The Prince George Cougars only game this week will be Friday night at 7:00 when they host the (6-8-0-2) Red Deer Rebels.

The Rebels lost 3-2 Tuesday to the Royals in Victoria and will visit the Vancouver Giants tonight (Wednesday) before heading to PG.

The (12-5) Cougars have moved up one spot to number two in the CHL rankings.

The (9-2-1) Vancouver Canucks start a 3-game Eastern Canada road trip Thursday (4:00 PT) in Ottawa against the (4-6) Senators.

Vancouver also plays at Toronto on Saturday and at Montreal on Sunday.

The Canucks are an NHL-best plus 30 in goal differential having scored 54 while allowing just 24 in 12 games.

BCHL: 

The (3-7-3) Prince George Spruce Kings will try to end a 4-game losing streak when they host the (9-4-2) West Kelowna Warriors on Friday night at 7:00 and Saturday night at 6:00.

The Spruce Kings are 7th out of 8 teams in the Interior Division while the Warriors are 3rd.

NBA:

The (3-4) Toronto Raptors visit the (6-1) Dallas Mavericks tonight (Wednesday 5:30 PT) on the third stop of a 4-game road trip that concludes Saturday in Boston.

Canada West basketball:

The UNBC Timberwolves are off this week in Canada West basketball.

The Timberwolves return to action when they host MacEwan on Nov. 17th and 18th.

The UNBC men are 1-1 while the women are 0-2.

MacEwan is 0-2 in both divisions.

NFL:

Week 10 of the NFL season begins Thursday night (5:15 PT) with (1-7) Carolina at (2-7) Chicago.

CFL: 

The CFL is down to its final three games of the season.

The division finals will be played on Saturday starting with Montreal at Toronto in the East (noon PT) followed by B.C. at Winnipeg in the West (3:30).

The winners meet in the 110th Grey Cup game on Sunday, November 19th (shortly after 3:00 PT) in Hamilton.
