Exploration Place showcasing science of brewing at BC Ale Trail event

The science behind making beer, and numerous beers from across northern BC will be on display at three event nights at the Exploration Place in the coming weeks.

Through Origins Kitchen, the museum is giving customers a chance to build an advent calendar stocked with beers from northern breweries.

“We’re excited to host this event with beers selected from breweries all over Northern BC,” said Jeni Arnott, Manager of Origins Kitchen. “Since we’re a museum and a science centre, we’re planning to highlight the science of beer making, plus we have chosen beers with historic backstories and ingredients native to their surrounding land.”

The adults-only event will run on November 23rd and 30th, as well as December 7th, where they will offer 12-day advent calendars instead of the full 24.
