PG’s Brandon Manning lands on Swedish team

Prince George’s Brandon Manning has found himself a new team to play for.

The 33-year-old defenceman is on the roster for IF Bjorkloven of the Swedish league, HockeyAllsvenskan.

Manning played a total of 255 games in the NHL between the Philadelphia Flyers, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Edmonton Oilers.

He most recently played in the Deutche Eishockey Liga for the Straubing Tigers for two seasons, notching 41 points in 81 games.

In September, Manning joined the Prince George Spruce Kings as a Skills and Development Coach.
