Cougars deal goalie prospect to Regina

The Prince George Cougars have acquired a seventh-round selection in the 2026 WHL Prospect’s Draft from the Regina Pats in exchange for 2006-born goaltender
Madden Mulawka.

The 17-year-old appeared in three games for the Prince George Cougars.

The Edmonton product sported a 1-1 record, along with 4.53 goals against average and a .831 save percentage.

Mulawka was a fifth-round selection of the Cougars in the 2021 WHL Prospects Draft.

The Cougars return to action this evening when they host the Everett Silvertips in the first game of a two-game set at CN Centre. Puck drop is slated for 7:00 pm.
