BCHL:

Prince George Spruce Kings  5  Langley Rivermen  4  (OT)

Skogen Schrott scored at 3:52 of overtime as the Spruce Kings posted a come-from-behind victory in front of 638 fans at the Kopar Memorial Arena.

Prince George erased a 4-1 deficit by scoring three unanswered goals in the 3rd.

The (7-11-3) Spruce Kings play their next four on the road including two this weekend: Friday in Penticton and Saturday in Vernon.

WHL:

The (18-7) Prince George Cougars are in the U.S. for three road games this weekend.

The Cougars visit Tri-City on Friday, Spokane on Saturday and Portland on Sunday.

The U18 Cougars are in second place and the Thunderbirds are third in the 9-team BC Elite Hockey League.
