Giving Tuesday was productive for the Prince George Community Foundation.
The PGCF handed out $21,000 to six local charities.
This year, the Community Foundation gave to charities who go above and beyond for seniors:
- Hart Pioneer Centre Association
- PG & District Citizens Activity Centre Society
- Prince George Council of Seniors
- Elder Citizens Recreation Association
- Spruce Capital Seniors Association
- North Central Seniors Association
The charities received $3,500 each.
