The BC RCMP North District Major Crime Unit is assisting the Dawson Creek RCMP with a homicide investigation.
Yesterday (Sunday), the Dawson Creek RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at 17th Street and 116th Avenue in Dawson Creek.
Mounties say they located a red Dodge Calibre and a deceased male.
Police are now investigating the suspicious death.
The RCMP is now asking anyone with information on the Dodge Calibre to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP.
The RCMP will not be releasing further information to protect the integrity of the investigation.
