Around 12 centimetres of snow fell around the Prince George area over the past couple of days according to Environment Canada.
Meteorologist Jonathan Bau said we’re looking at another 2-4 centimetres today (Sunday) before the snow slows down.
“We’re looking at just light accumulations throughout the week,” Bau said.
“There’s going to be several weak frontal systems passing through the BC Interior through the next three, four, five days.”
Bau adds temperatures will warm a bit as well.
“We are looking at daytime highs encroaching the zero-degree mark, looking at the work week, and overnight lows in the -4 to -5” he said.
Bau said seasonal temperatures are typically around highs of -5 and lows of -13.
