Sentencing dates determined for pair of PG drug traffickers

Two men guilty of drug trafficking related charges in relation to a July 2019 incident have had their sentencing dates determined.

According to the Public Prosecution Service, Marshall Luther Cade and John Jacob Ceal are set to appear in Prince George Supreme Court on March 18th and 22nd.

In July of that year, the Prince George RCMP executed a search warrant along the 3800 block of 15th Avenue where one of the suspects elected to jump from a third story window to get away from the police but was met at the ground by a police service dog team and taken into custody.

During the incident, Mounties seized a cellphone, nearly $4,000 in cash, cocaine, heroin-fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Police also discovered $1,182 cash and cocaine prepackaged in 17 small bags carried by Cade along with more money and cocaine found in the apartment.

In addition, officers executed a second search warrant along the 200 block of North Ospika Boulevard where cocaine, drug paraphernalia and over $33,000 was found.
