London Drugs gradually reopening core services

London Drugs will be gradually re-opening its core services in stores across Western Canada.

According to the company, all stores will have:

  • London Drugs Pharmacists are on-site at all store locations to assist with emergency prescriptions and other urgent care,
  • Canada Post locations within stores are accessible, and
  • The Insurance Services Call Centre is open and helping customers with insurance needs.

Other services and systems will be brought on board as soon as the company’s reconnection work is complete.

“We are grateful for the patience and support of our customers and suppliers as we work to bring all services and systems at our stores back to full operation following this cyber security incident,” said President and COO Clint Mahlman.

London Drugs closed all location across Western Canada following a cyber security incident last week.
