The First Nations Health Authority says it’s been hacked.
The agency says it noticed some unusual activity on its corporate network on May 13th, and blocked an unauthorized user.
An investigation is now under way to see how far the Authority’s data was compromised, but officials do say there was some employee information and limited personal information of others that was affected.
Officials say they don’t yet know if any clinical information was accessed.
