PG Cougars home schedule includes two dozen games on a Friday or Saturday

The Prince George Cougars will play 25 of their 34 home games on a weekend in the 2024-25 WHL regular season.

The league has released its schedule that has nearly 80 per cent of its 748 games on weekends or holidays.

The Cougars have 12 home games on a Friday, another 12 on a Saturday, one on a Sunday (Nov 10th, part of a long weekend), six on a Tuesday and three on a Wednesday.

The Cougars do not have any home games on a Monday or a Thursday.

They start at home September 20th against Spokane and conclude at home six months later on March 22nd vs. Victoria.

Their longest home-stand is six games which is in November.

The Cougars will play 32 games of their 68 games inside their own B.C. Division: 8 each against Victoria, Kamloops, Kelowna and Vancouver.
