BC Health Minister Adrian Dix is making a stop in Prince George today (Thursday).
He will be making an announcement regarding health care at noon from the University Hospital of Northern BC.
On Wednesday, Dix and the provincial government announced it is giving $20 million over the next two years to the Canadian Cancer Society to help support patients who need to travel for cancer treatments.
This includes patients staying at the Kordyban Lodge.
