Prince George residents will be able to raise a glass for a new business this weekend.
Cold Front Cidery is hosting the grand opening of its tasting room Saturday and Sunday from its location on 1679 Foreman Road.
Guests will have the opportunity to:
• Sample a variety of Cold Front ciders including five flavors of Apple, Strawberry, Citra, Vanilla Basil,
and PG Select.
• Engage with our passionate cider makers and learn about the process behind each batch
• Enjoy the Farm: located at Star Baby Creek Farm, bring the family and a picnic
or enjoy the local food trucks to spend the afternoon sipping local cider, petting
the farm animals, and playing lawn games.
“We are so excited to finally open our doors and share our local cider with the community,” said Kyle Matzen, Founder of Cold Front Cidery. “Our cider is all about
simplicity, using only BC sourced ingredients, offering a straightforward, easy, dry taste.”
Cold Front Cidery was founded this year by Kyle Matzen and Lloyd Quaale.
The tasting room will be open from 11am to 7pm on a Friday to Sunday schedule from August 24th to Thanksgiving.
