PG Mounties are investigating an isolated incident near the Spruceland Mall, which led to the arrest of four suspects.
Just before 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, the Prince George RCMP received multiple reports of shots being fired in front of a residence on the 700-block of Ahbau Street.
Officers attended the residence and discovered one man had been driven away with possible gun shot wounds, while several other people remained in the residence.
“Police officers could see evidence of shots being fired at the house, and arrested those persons still at the location. A search warrant was executed at the residence and investigators located and seized several firearms, ammunition, drugs and suspected stolen items. As this incident occurred early in the evening, police are asking that anyone who witnessed the event but has not yet spoken with police contact an investigator by calling the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line,” stated Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.
The single victim was located at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
All those arrested were later released, two with pending court dates for their involvement in this event.
