The UNBC Timberwolves men’s soccer team lost a tough 1-0 decision at home against the Fraser Valley Cascades yesterday (Sat).
After a very physical first half which saw several warnings and a couple of yellow cards the Cascades scored the only goal in the second half by Elijah Sampson.
The goal was protested by the Timberwolves as it happened near the goal crease.
UNBC drops to 1-4 and will play the Cascades again this afternoon at 2:15 while the Lady Timberwolves will also play UFV at Noon.
