BC Construction Association’s Employee Benefit Trust provides boost to three organizations

A trio of $5,500 donations have been made to the province’s Mental Health, Diabetes and Cancer Foundations.

It’s through the BC Construction Association’s Employee Benefit Trust, which is celebrating its 55th Anniversary.

“The BCCA Employee Benefit Trust has been a significant support for the northern construction industry, ensuring that businesses can offer valuable health benefits that meet the needs of their employees. Our NRCA members consistently share positive feedback about the comprehensive coverage and flexible options provided by the BCCA EBT, highlighting how it helps them attract and retain talent. As we celebrate 55 years of service, it’s clear the BCCA EBT is more than just a benefits provider; it is a dedicated partner in promoting the well-being of employees and their families. Together, we will continue to foster a healthier future for the entire construction community in the North.”
Nicole Bryant, CEO, Northern Regional Construction Association

The Employee Benefit Trust has supported the health outcomes of its members, which include 9,000 employees and 500 businesses.
