Farmhouse Catering to close at PG Airport

Farmhouse Catering will be concluding its restaurant operations at the Prince George Airport, effective end of day Thursday (November 28th).

According to the Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA), Farmhouse Catering is refocusing its business direction and returning to exclusively catering.

“We are thrilled to return to our roots and concentrate on what we excel at, creating unforgettable personalized catering experiences for events, business, and special occasions,” said Farmhouse Catering Director of Operations Jesse Jamias.

“Our time at the airport has been both incredible and a great learning experience, and while we have enjoyed operating the restaurant, this transition allows us to focus on the core of our business, delivering innovative catering solutions that our customers love.”

“Farmhouse Catering set a new standard for excellence in airport hospitality and will be missed by passengers and staff,” said PGAA President and CEO Gordon Duke.

“We understand the availability of food and beverage services is an important part of the overall travel experience, and the PGAA team is actively working to find a new service provider. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our passengers as we work towards a solution that continues to meet the needs of our airport community.”

While the PGAA searches for a new food services provider, passengers are encouraged to plan accordingly. Meanwhile, the PGAA will offer a complimentary catered service for a limited time in the departures lounge.
